At Claire Jackson Therapies, we aim to provide you with a seamless experience from booking to treatment. Here are some essential details to ensure your appointment goes smoothly:

Booking Fee Requirement:

Fresha is the booking System I use for appointment bookings, upon booking the system will ask you for card details to secure the booking and to accept my cancellation policy.

No money will be taken off the card unless late cancellation or no-show.

Failure to submit these details may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Payment is required via bank transfer upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full treatment fee. However, appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours notice can be rescheduled without penalty.

Punctuality Matters:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to maximise your treatment duration. Late arrivals will cut into your treatment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

There is ample parking space available on site.
